Apps Covered by This Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mobile applications published by YOM Digital Apps, including:

YOM Digital Apps follows these principles: we request permissions only when needed; different apps may request different permissions; we do not sell users’ personal information; we do not use contacts, photos, or similar private content for advertising; and user-controlled actions such as deleting files or contacts require explicit interaction or confirmation where applicable. Information processed locally should remain on the device unless a specific feature or third-party service requires external processing.

What an app may access

Contacts

Some apps may request contacts access for contact-management or cleanup features, such as detecting duplicate, similar, incomplete, unnamed, or potentially invalid contacts, or allowing you to edit, combine, or remove selected contacts. Contact data should normally be processed locally. Contacts are not sold or used to target advertisements, and are not uploaded unless a future feature explicitly requires it and the relevant disclosure is updated.

Photos, videos and media

Some apps may access media to detect duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, blurred photos, large videos, or content selected for cleanup or casting. Media access is used only for features requiring it. The app does not automatically delete user content without interaction, and Android or iOS confirmation may be required before deleting certain media.

Local network and nearby devices

Remote applications may use local network access, Wi-Fi or network information, nearby-device discovery, and supported discovery APIs to discover, pair with, connect to, and control smart TVs, cast supported media, or reconnect to previously paired devices. This supports communication between your device and supported devices on the local network.

Microphone

If a present or future app offers a feature requiring microphone access, permission will be requested only when necessary for that feature. Not every YOM Digital Apps application uses the microphone.

Storage and files

Utilities may request access to files or storage where permitted by Android or iOS to identify large files, display files for cleanup, select files, delete files chosen by you, or read supported media needed for a feature. Access is limited by platform permission models and feature requirements.

Device and technical information

Apps or integrated services may process limited technical information such as device model and manufacturer, operating-system and app versions, language, screen characteristics, capabilities, installation information, crash information, diagnostics, and performance information. This may support compatibility, troubleshooting, analytics, crash investigation, performance, security, and feature optimization.

App preferences and locally stored information

Apps may save settings and preferences such as sensitivity configurations, FPS presets, selected game, gyro or play-style configuration, paired or remembered devices, recent selections, theme preferences, and onboarding state. Much of this information may be stored locally on your device.

Services

Advertising, analytics and support services

Advertising

Some applications may display advertisements using providers such as Google AdMob. Advertising SDKs may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, ad impressions, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Advertising providers process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements. YOM Digital Apps does not necessarily receive every data point processed by an advertising provider.

Analytics

Some apps may use analytics services to understand application usage and improve functionality. This may include app events, feature interactions, session information, device type, OS and app version, approximate technical information, and performance information. Providers may include Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, or similar services.

Crash reporting

Some apps may use services such as Firebase Crashlytics, platform crash reporting, or similar tools. They may process crash traces, diagnostic logs, device characteristics, operating-system information, app version, and technical identifiers to identify and resolve technical problems.

Authentication

Only apps that provide account login may offer optional authentication through Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or similar providers. If you choose this option, the provider may provide limited information such as your name, email address, account identifier, or authentication credential.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases may be processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. YOM Digital Apps generally does not directly receive full payment-card information processed by these providers, which handle payments under their own policies.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide app functionality, respond to user actions, remember preferences, support device compatibility, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve reliability and usability, measure performance, provide advertising where applicable, authenticate users where applicable, process purchases where applicable, and provide customer support.

Transparency

Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

Information may be processed or shared with service providers only where needed for the relevant purpose. Potential categories include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, authentication, Google Play services, Apple platform services, and cloud or backend infrastructure where applicable.

YOM Digital Apps does not sell users’ personal information. Service providers may process data under their own privacy policies and contractual or legal obligations.

The specific third-party services used vary between YOM Digital Apps applications. Depending on the app, integrations may include Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Sign in with Apple, and Apple App Store services. Lifecycle

Data Retention

Locally stored app information may remain until you clear app data, remove it manually, or uninstall the application. Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers’ retention policies. Server-side information, if used by a specific app, should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or legal requirements.

Your choices

Data Deletion & User Controls

Depending on the app and platform, you may be able to revoke permissions through Android or iOS settings, delete content with in-app tools, clear application storage, uninstall the app, disconnect a linked account, revoke third-party login access, or request deletion of applicable account or server-side information.

Permission management

You can manage permissions such as Contacts, Photos, Files, Nearby Devices, Local Network, Notifications, and Microphone from your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.

Children’s Privacy

YOM Digital Apps applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age applicable in their country unless a specific app is expressly designed and published for such users. If YOM Digital Apps becomes aware that personal information from a child was collected improperly, reasonable steps will be taken to address the situation.

Security

YOM Digital Apps uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information. No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Data Processing

Third-party service providers may operate internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Such processing is subject to the safeguards and privacy practices of the relevant provider and applicable law.

User Rights
